These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MEET DGITAL's services and website. Please read these terms carefully before placing any order or engaging our services. By proceeding with any order or booking, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

1. Services

MEET DGITAL ("we", "us", "our") provides photography, printing, advertising, and corporate branding services. The specific services, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed via quote/invoice and may be customized per order.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (typically 50% for new clients).
  • Final payment is due upon delivery/completion of the order.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 7 days from date of quotation.
  • Rush orders and same-day delivery may incur additional charges.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders.

3. Client-Provided Content

When you provide design files, images, logos, or content for printing or branding services:

  • You confirm you own or have the rights to use all provided content.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all text and information provided.
  • Files should be provided in the requested format and resolution. We are not liable for quality issues arising from low-resolution files.
  • MEET DGITAL reserves the right to refuse orders that contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without authorization.

4. Design Approval

  • All designs are subject to client approval before production begins.
  • Once the client approves a design, any further changes may incur additional charges.
  • We are not liable for errors (spelling, layout, colour) that were approved by the client.
  • Colour accuracy: Screen colours may differ slightly from printed output due to monitor calibration differences. Pantone colour matching is available on request.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees, subject to production capacity and material availability.
  • MEET DGITAL is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, weather, transport delays).
  • Express delivery options are available at additional cost. Contact us for specific timelines.

6. Photography Services

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 30-50% is required to secure your photography date.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date forfeit the booking deposit.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Edited photos are delivered via online gallery within the agreed timeframe (typically 7-14 days for weddings).
  • MEET DGITAL retains the right to use photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Printed materials are custom-produced and are not eligible for return unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • If a defect is confirmed, we will reprint the affected items at no additional charge.
  • Cash refunds are issued only at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs created by MEET DGITAL remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final design files for the approved scope of use.
  • MEET DGITAL retains the right to display finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

MEET DGITAL's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant state.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
